If you are no longer eligible due to an illness or injury for which you have filed a Workers' Compensation claim, you can continue coverage for up to six months after your eligibility ends, or until you obtain full-time employment with another employer, whichever happens first.  You must pay your premium to the Administrator on a timely basis in order to maintain coverage during this period.

This six months of continued coverage is in lieu of and not in addition to any continuation of coverage provisions of the Plan.
