  Employee Contributions
 

You may make 401k elective wage deferral contributions equal to the lesser of 100% of your earnings or the annual deferral limit as listed below:

  • $15,000 in 2006

  • $15,500 in 2007

  • $15,500 in 2008
 
  Employer Contributions
  Employer contributions are based on your collective bargaining or special agreement.
 
  Catch-up Contributions
 

If you are over age 50 by the end of any calendar year, you may make 'catch-up' contributions on a pre-tax basis. The annual 'catch-up' contribution limits are listed below:

  • $5,000 in 2006

  • $5,000 in 2007

  • $5,000 in 2008
